SERVOLINE 807 Cabinet Specification Oct 2009.

 

Servoplan’s cabinet specification is the result of years of research and is continually updated as we find new and innovative products to incorporate.  We are offering the strongest possible construction, coupled with the highest quality hardware.

 

Cabinet Sizes:

All cabinets are custom made right here in Sydney to suit our customer's exact needs. As we do not mass produce modules we can make any height, depth, shape or curve that may be needed to achieve a perfect and symmetrical installation.

 

Internal Construction:

Our standard cabinet construction is from 16mm double sided white, High Moisture Resistant, High Density, High Impact board. Our cabinets are screwed together with 50mm screws and solid timber corner braces are fitted to the top back corners of the floor units and 18mm solid timber front rails are also fitted to further enhance strength. We finish the cabinet face edges with 1mm PVC to match the door style chosen. The cabinet backs are also 16mm thick and are screwed into the carcass.

 

Cabinet Shelves:

All shelves are adjustable as standard and are finished on all edges.

Shelves are seated on 5mm thick steel pin shelf supports for adjustment in 70mm increments.

 

Cabinet doors:

Unlimited choice.  All doors are fitted with soft close Blumotion.

 

Hinges:

Hinges are Blum "Clip" nickel plated steel and guaranteed for life.

Hinges come in 100 degree and 175 degree wide openings and have six-way adjustments. The Blum "Clip" hinge is removable giving easy access for cabinet cleaning.

 

Drawer Runners:

All runners are Blum "TANDEMBOX" white, Full Extension as standard. Tandembox stainless steel and Hettich InnoTech are available on request. All Tandembox drawers are fitted with Blumotion.

 

Legs:

Cabinets are fitted with adjustable legs to ensure accurate installation over uneven floors.

 

Kickboards:

Kickboards are fitted over the leg system and are removable. As a standard they are matched to the door chosen, however you may pick a different colour of finish if you wish.

 

Blumotion:

Blumotion is fitted to all doors and all Tandem drawers to allow for smooth and quiet operation.
